Overview
The Phoenix, AZ office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice.
The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and between two (2) to seven (7) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Arizona Bar is required.
Lewis Brisbois’ General Liability Practice comprises over 600 attorneys nationwide who have successfully represented defendants in significant exposure cases across various general liability areas. The group has provided defense in property and personal injury claims for both businesses and individuals, whether insured or self-insured. While our attorneys handle a wide range of matters, we excel in litigating and trying catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex cases.
Our seasoned trial attorneys have been recognized by the National Law Journal for one of the “Top Ten Defense Verdicts of the Year” and other accolades.
