Overview
We are looking for a warm and friendly person to manage our front desk and greet clients as they enter the office. We are a small boutique firm with a friendly environment. The office handles probate, estate planning, adult and minor guardianships, adoptions and juvenile court matters. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients which means you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service that makes a lasting impression. Your work ensures our firm operates smoothly and efficiently, directly impacting our clients’ experiences and quality of service we provide.
Prior law office experience is helpful but is not required. We are willing to train and the position has potential for growth.
Responsibilities
– Initial point of contact for client calls
– Calendaring client appointments
– Assisting with data entry and maintaining case files
– Administrative support to attorneys and law clerks
– Handle client inquiries and communicate case updates
– Prepare legal documents for court filing – Handle incoming mail and shipments -Notarize client documents
Qualifications
– Good phone etiquette for client communication
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Familiarity with MS Office, Word, WordPerfect a plus
– Willingness to learn
– Ability to handle confidential information – Ability to maintain professionalism in the workplace
