Practice Areas
This role offers a diverse caseload, including:
- Auto Liability (including Farm Bureau matters)
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a caseload from intake through resolution
- Take ownership of active files with minimal oversight
- Handle litigation strategy, discovery, and client communication
- Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with firm leadership on case development and growth
Qualifications
- Experience in general liability and/or insurance defense
- Ability to independently manage cases and communicate effectively with clients
- Strong organizational and case management skills
