General Counsel / VP Legal | Singapore | Regional APAC
I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing data center platform that is expanding rapidly across multiple markets. As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a General Counsel / VP Legal to build and lead the legal function.
This is a highly strategic role, working closely with the executive leadership team across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, including:
âš¡ Infrastructure & real estate transactions
âš¡ Construction / EPC contracts
âš¡ Commercial agreements and customer contracts
âš¡ Corporate governance & compliance
âš¡ Strategic investments and partnerships
âš¡ Building and leading the in-house legal function
We’re interested in speaking with lawyers who have experience in:
- Data centres
- Infrastructure
- Energy & utilities
- Real estate
- Construction / EPC
- Other large-scale capital projects
Location: Singapore (Regional APAC scope)
