We are looking for a Full Time HOA Estoppel Researcher with experience. This is a fully Remote position.
Daily Duties Include:
Estoppel Research
*Researching whether online, via email, or phone to determine management/association locations for properties to be searched and their processes for requesting Estoppels.
*Daily communication with Management companies and associations, including calling for status updates and follow ups in order to obtain the information in a timely manner.
*Review all documents for issues that may require additional research.
*Manage high volume of files while working independently and exhibiting individual initiative.
Requirements:
*Candidates must be proficient using computers running multiple applications like MS Word/Outlook
*Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task several projects
*Strong work ethics, organizational skills, and time management a must
*Must work well with a team
*Excellent communication skills are needed to speak with city/government agencies
*Knowledge of title/tax lien service a plus but not necessary
*Strong Organizational skills
*Ability to independently prioritize projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
