We have been exclusively instructed by a very
exciting
technology scale-up business, created by second time founders and backed by private equity, who have a hugely
exciting
future ahead. Their business is highly scalable and will be driven by acquisitions of established UK operating businesses (so M&A experience is fairly core). The founders are now seeking a high energy, robust lawyer to join their
senior leadership
team (title TBD but this could be GC, CLO, HoL etc).
The successful lawyer is likely to have 6
PQE. In-house experience will be helpful as this individual will need to set up the legal function, and also be familiar with legal tech tools that aid in-house efficiencies.
