Headquartered in Hunt Valley, MD, our company provides specialized expertise in a highly technical area.
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required. Candidates must possess:

Key responsibilities include:
• Legislative expertise – Monitoring and interpreting relevant laws and regulations, drafting legislative proposals, and engaging with industry stakeholders.
• Contract structuring and governance – Developing and refining governance documents, client agreements, and vendor contracts to ensure compliance and business alignment.
• Operational and client engagement – Acting as a liaison between management and clients on projects involving legal complexities.
