. What You’ll Do:
Provide strategic legal guidance to our executive team, ensuring compliance with all international regulations while advancing our business objectives. Develop and implement internal governance policies that align with our mission of making everyone feel like the diamond they are. Manage and oversee the company’s global intellectual property. Oversee intellectual property matters, including patents and trademarks; collaborate with key stakeholders to foster a culture of trust and integrity, while proactively identifying and mitigating legal risks.
Lead negotiations, manage external counsel, and oversee all legal matters impacting KAYALI’s operations.  Requirements:  Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to practice law required. Minimum of 12 years of legal experience, with at least 7 years in a senior legal role with strong IP experience in the consumer goods or fragrance industry. Experience drafting and negotiating intellectual property licensing agreements.
Experience navigating complex commercial negotiations with high-stakes legal requirements. Experience managing multiple, high-priority projects simultaneously. Â We offer
