A household name in the region is currently on the lookout for a General Counsel.
This role is responsible for the whole direction of the legal department and reports directly to the Management Board.
Please note this candidate must be able to relocate within the Northwest as the location of the role is relatively remote and the expectation is on-site for most of the time.
The ideal candidate would bring:
A Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school and license to practice in the State of Washington
12+ years of professional experience
Previous leadership experience
Experience dealing with external counsel
International Exposure
Broad advisory experience in the fields of Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Transactional Work, Compliance, etc.
Willing to develop in new areas of law
