Architect comprehensive legal strategy aligned with both family and business objectives
Drive negotiations across M&A, venture investments, and strategic partnerships
Manage enterprise-wide legal risk and compliance frameworks
Family Office Legal Affairs Lead legal oversight of all family office activities
Structure and manage estate planning, wealth transfer, and family governance matters
Oversee household staffing agreements, vendor contracts, and property management
Coordinate with external counsel, tax advisors, and key service providers
Accelerator & Technology Design scalable legal infrastructure supporting accelerator growth from investment through exits
Structure and negotiate investment deals, term sheets, and financing rounds
Oversee IP strategy and protection for portfolio companies
Guide portfolio companies through key inflection points including fundraising
Ensure
regulatory compliance
across blockchain and AI technologies
Develop standardized accelerator program documentation and agreements
Operational Excellence Select and manage external counsel relationships Implement legal technology solutions to drive efficiency
Oversee legal budget and
resource allocation
Maintain corporate records and regulatory filings across jurisdictions
Develop and execute compliance programs including regular audits
Employment & Human Resources Oversee employment agreements, contractor relationships, and HR policies
Manage immigration matters for international talent
Handle employment-related disputes with utmost discretion
