We are working with a highly regarded, tech-enabled law firm seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team on a fully remote basis. The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish. This includes sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You’ll be supported by a skilled admin and tech team, allowing you to focus on legal work and client care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of residential property matters independently
Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and deal with enquiries
Ensure regulatory compliance (SRA/AML)
Use a cloud-based case management system to progress files efficiently
Candidate Profile
Qualified Solicitor (minimum 2 years PQE)
Experience handling a full conveyancing caseload
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Confident using digital systems and remote-working tools
