Fully Remote Attorney: Trademarks (entry level) Jobs in Remote at Line of Work Law
This is a remote, flexible, independent contractor role. No previous trademark experience is required, we’ll provide several weeks of paid training.

Responsibilities
- File trademark applications, statements of use, extensions, and assignments
- Negotiate cease and desist letters and consent agreements
- Write and file office action motions
- Participate in weekly attorney meeting to collaborate on trademark matters and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Must have active bar membership in one US state
- Previous experience working with customers
- A people person: you remember people’s dogs names
- Ability to listen to customers, understand the core issue, and respond in a simple, friendly way
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 per hour
