Key Responsibilities
Assist users via email and text communication, providing vital information regarding bankruptcy and our services.
Support users in updating their bankruptcy forms and resolving any complications that may arise in their cases.
Keep users informed about critical deadlines and ensure they feel supported throughout their journey.
Collaborate with our engineering team by delivering weekly feedback to help refine and enhance our product offerings.
Required Skills
Exceptional writing and problem-solving skills, with a knack for articulating complex subjects in an understandable manner.

Qualifications
