We are a litigation law firm in New York/New Jersey, looking for a full time associate attorney to join our team. We have litigation cases in both New York and New Jersey, in both federal courts and state courts.
Your job duties will primarily include handling litigation cases in federal and state courts, including general litigation, commercial litigation, labor law litigation, and divorce litigation.
Qualifications:
Admission to New York or New Jersey is required.
Admission to federal courts is a plus.
At least 3 year of solid litigation experience is required.
Experience in divorce litigation is a plus.
Excellent legal research and writing ability.
Chinese language ability is a plus.
Compensation commensurate with experience, ranging from $90K to $125K/year.
The vast majority of our clients are Chinese-speaking clients, and our work frequently involves documents in Chinese. Thus, Chinese language ability is preferred, although not required. We can sponsor H1B and green card applications for the right candidates.
