What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Litigation Attorney at Ball Morse Lowe, you will:
Represent clients in a variety of commercial and business litigation matters, from case assessment and diagnosis to trial.
Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Negotiate settlements and develop strategic approaches to litigation.
Appear in state and federal courts for hearings, depositions, and trials.
Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide effective legal solutions.

Who We’re Looking For
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in commercial/business litigation.
Credentials: Licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma.
Skills
Strong research, writing, and briefing abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of state and local rules, ethical judgment, and integrity.
Proficiency with technology, including Mac, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based software.
Problem-Solver: A thorough, analytical, detail-oriented problem-solver offering practical solutions to complex challenges.
