Theoria’s Technology Department is currently seeking a dynamic Compliance Lead to join our team. As a Compliance Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for maintaining a culture of compliance.

Shift Structure: 

Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST

Remote 

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compliance professionals.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with auditors and regulatory bodies.

Process Improvement: Develop and improve compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.

Strategic Planning: Design and execute a comprehensive compliance strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Compliance Execution: Monitor adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks and investigate breaches or violations.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report on compliance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field; compliance certifications preferred.

7+ years of compliance experience in a relevant industry.

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must be punctual or on time and adhere to the company’s Time and Attendance policy.

Must be able to remain sitting for the majority of their shift.

Compensation and Benefits:
