Our Legal Assistant / Secretaries are some of our most important staff members. These individuals are specially trained to take calls of potential clients, serving as their guide through the beginning stages of a potential case with us. They spend their days fact finding, doing additional research, and serving as the first representation of our talented workforce. They are easily adaptable, and speak to clients from all walks of life in a professional manner. If this sounds exciting, we’d like to hear from you.

Personal Injury experience (required)
Bilingual (Spanish required – verbal and written)
Currently, our office is hiring a candidate with past experience in Law Offices, or previous customer service in an office environment. Must be fluent in Spanish (reading, speaking and writing).
Candidates must possess knowledge of No-Fault, BI, WC, Premises Cases & Labor Law claims process to qualify.
