Oakland downtown law firm has an immediate opening for a full-time paralegal clerk.
The firm’s practice focuses on civil litigation including, but not limited to, personal injury, business litigation, real estate litigation and family law dispute.
This is an excellent opportunity for real world legal experience and to learn more about various aspects of the law. As a paralegal clerk, you will assist the attorneys in, among other things, legal research, preparing motions, and discovery.
