Responsibilities
Warmly greet clients and visitors
Answer and route phone calls professionally
Manage calendars and appointment scheduling
Handle incoming mail and legal documents
Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks
Keep our front office looking polished and professional
Requirements
Prior receptionist or customer service experience (legal office experience a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
