The Legal Compliance Associate Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of EviCore Corrective Action Plans. In this role, they will collaborate with Compliance colleagues and business partners to support process improvements, remediation, and timely closure. The Associate Analyst will maintain Compliance records and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, as necessary.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate effectively with teammates and business leaders, influencing outcomes through effective verbal and written communication skills

Strong written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex analysis in a simplified manner

Oversee the development and implementation of Corrective Action Plans as well as monitor results for success

Interpret business feedback and results to evaluate effectiveness of Corrective Action Plans

Distribute and review compliance related data to ensure appropriate corrective action has been taken

Maintain compliance documentation with current and accurate information

Minimum Qualifications:

Two years of healthcare experience required

One year of compliance experience recommended

Strong organization skills with great attention to detail, and analytical skills required

Strong and confident verbal and written communication skills

Subject matter expert in the performance areas preferred

Strong business acumen and willingness to learn workflows required

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments to meet deadlines

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Ability to work collaboratively with others (and when appropriate influence colleagues in their decision-making process)

Ability to research, analyze, interpret and apply rules, regulations, and procedures

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Working knowledge of Smartsheet preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 23 – 34 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
