The Chloe is Hiring a Front Desk Agent!
At The Chloe, hospitality is personal. Housed in a beautifully restored Uptown mansion, our boutique hotel is known for creating memorable guest experiences through genuine service, thoughtful details, and a warm sense of welcome.
We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in making every guest feel at home from arrival to departure.
What You’ll Do:
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll serve as one of the first and last impressions of our hotel. Responsibilities include:
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests using our property management system
- Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
- Provide recommendations for restaurants, attractions, events, and neighborhood experiences
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Create unforgettable guest experiences
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Assist with concierge-style services and special occasion requests
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or guest-facing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems independently
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience with hotel property management systems is a plus
