Join The Wind Law Group, PLLC, a boutique law firm located in South Florida, as a remote-based Paralegal/Legal Assistant. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in first party property damage matters, both pre-suit and litigation.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Assist attorneys with case preparation, pleadings, various motions, discovery, affidavits, notices, subpoenas, etc.
E-File all court documents in both State and Federal court.
Calendar all deadlines and coordination of hearings.
Review and organize legal documents and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
Prepare and organize trial materials and exhibits.
Knowledge of pre-suit and litigation processes.
Strong organizational, multitasking and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Must be a high school graduate. Minimum AA degree is preferred.
Schedule: 8-hour shift (business hours), Monday to Friday.
