Our key client in the Legal industry is looking for additional members to their team. We have a Bilingual (French/English) Claims Contract Attorney (Remote) role on the team.
Pay Rate: $43.13/hour on W2
Work Type: Remote – 50 miles within Approved HUB Locations
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM based off local time zone
Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EDT for first week
Duration: 6-month contract (with possible extension)
Job Overview:
We have an immediate need for attorneys who will be critical members of a project team responsible for handling product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters. These are not eDiscovery document review positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing claim documents
- Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel.
- Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel.
- Receiving training, direction and oversight from project directors, project managers, project coordinators, and/or other project team members.
- “Best-in-class” customer service is expected to be provided to both internal and external clients.
- The highest levels of professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work are required.

Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English and French (Canadian French is preferred, but other French dialects are acceptable)
- JD from an accredited law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
- Litigation experience preferred
- Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexibility
- Customer service approach
