*** Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with ticket and case management systems
* Basic data analysis and reporting skills
** What Does a Typical Day Look Like? (Daily Tasks)
*** Conduct investigations involving policy violations, compliance matters, and customer privacy concerns under established procedures and guidance from senior investigators.
* Gather, review, and analyze information from internal systems, records, and business partners to support investigative findings.
* Document investigative activities, findings, and recommendations in case management systems.
* Prepare investigative summaries, reports, and supporting documentation for Corporate Investigations, Legal Affairs, Privacy, Compliance, Human Resources, and business stakeholders.
* Manage assigned caseload and ensure timely progression of investigations and related follow-up actions.
* Coordinate with investigators, attorneys, Privacy, Compliance, Human Resources, and business partners to obtain information and resolve investigative matters.
* Support customer privacy investigations and regulatory response activities as needed.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies and investigative standards.
* Participate in case reviews, team discussions, and other investigative activities as assigned.
** Preferred Background / Prior Work Experience
*** 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Investigations, Compliance, Human Resources Investigations, Fraud Investigations, Risk Management, Customer Privacy, Legal Support, Law Enforcement, or a related investigative field.
* Experience conducting research, fact-finding, case documentation, and investigative analysis.
* Experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
* Familiarity with case management systems and investigative documentation practices.
* Some college preferred
