Insurance Fraud Litigation Associate – Complex Litigation Team
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Remote

About the Role
We are seeking a talented Insurance Fraud Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of experience to join our Complex Litigation Team in Los Angeles.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney experienced in insurance fraud litigation, RICO actions, and civil recovery claims involving both individuals and corporate entities. You will handle a dynamic caseload that includes first- and third-party insurance fraud disputes, coverage litigation, and bad faith claims.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Examinations Under Oath (EUO) and take depositions
Draft and respond to written discovery
Perform coverage analysis and investigative work
Draft coverage opinions and legal memoranda
Lead and support forensic investigations into fraudulent claims
Conduct legal research and draft high-quality written work

Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active member of the California State Bar
Minimum of 2 years’ litigation experience, ideally with a focus on insurance fraud or civil litigation
Excellent communication and legal writing skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Salary range: $115,000 – $170,000, based on experience
Bonus structure: Weekly, monthly, and quarterly bonus opportunities
