Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fraud Investigator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities within our organization. Your ability to analyze evidence, collaborate across departments, and act decisively will help protect our company’s reputation and financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate reports of fraud or abuse by merchants and users.
Conduct field investigations to gather relevant evidence and information.
Review and analyze evidence and documents to assess the overall facts of a claim.
Examine financial records and other documentation to determine if fraud has occurred.
Negotiate and restructure restitution agreements where applicable.
Collaborate with the compliance team to file police reports for potential criminal activities.
Work closely with the legal team to develop deposition strategies and leverage law enforcement resources when necessary.
Prepare and support prosecution efforts for legal recovery actions.
Develop and refine codes of conduct and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in compliance with local laws and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in fraud investigation; background in financial institutions is a bonus.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Skilled at building strong relationships at all levels.
Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong time management, attention to detail, and business sense.
Critical thinker who stays calm in complex or uncertain situations.
Positive, self-driven, and solution-focused with a “can-do” attitude.
Highly organized and able to handle a large caseload effectively.
Capable of forming hypotheses with limited data, conducting investigations, and building solid cases.
