- The Parkway office of Tiffany & Bosco P.A., an industry leading specialty law firm, is currently hiring for a Foreclosure Services Referrals Processor for our Phoenix office. We specialize in the representation of financial institutions, investors, title insurers, housing authorities and select businesses in all matters related to servicing, mortgage banking, consumer finance, title insurance, real estate finance, and the enforcement of mortgage loans.
This is a self-directed, detail oriented position and we want someone who will be ready to jump in, take initiative and hit the ground running.
Description:
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling high-volume caseloads within a fast-paced legal or mortgage servicing environment. As the first point of contact for processing foreclosure referrals, the Foreclosure Referrals Processor plays a critical role in initiating case files received from clients through various platforms, including client websites, emails, and physical documentation. This position requires daily use of vendor-related software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. The right candidate will take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate a proactive approach to ensuring timely and accurate processing from day one.
Responsibilities include importing foreclosure referrals into internal systems, notating case details, preparing and merging cover sheets, and coordinating with title companies to obtain and review title reports. The processor will create investor system profiles, request additional documentation from clients, and ensure all data is accurately reflected in the case management system through web-based audit tools. Additional duties involve managing communication with clients, vendors, and internal processors, routing client emails appropriately, conducting skip traces and military searches, and maintaining up-to-date reports to track and follow up on critical due dates. Attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential to success in this role.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
· 50+ WPM, Advanced 10Key skills
· Minimum of one-year experience in mortgage industry, escrow, servicing or direct foreclosure preferred.
· Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
