JOB SPECIFICS:
Paralegal / Legal Assistant with 2+ years legal experience in Florida foreclosure.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience working at a law firm or handling legal-based issues.
- Prior experience in real estate, creditor’s rights and litigation.
- Ability to think and act independently.
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in Perfect Practice, Case Aware, LoanSphere (LPS), Tempo, Serengeti or similar case management systems is preferred, but not required.
Pay: Competitive and dependent on prior work experience.
Certification: None required, but paralegal and/or legal training is required.
