Responsibilities
- Draft foreclosure documents and manage files throughout the litigation process
- Utilize industry‑standard computer systems and case‑management software
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, and client communication
- Bankruptcy experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Prior foreclosure paralegal experience required
