Join the team where the beach meets the mountains! Compass Hotel by Margaritaville Pigeon Forge is seeking an enthusiastic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our food and beverage operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Located in the heart of downtown Pigeon Forge, Compass Hotel is a family-friendly mountain oasis inspired by the laid-back Margaritaville lifestyle. We are looking for a hospitality professional who is passionate about service, leadership, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Position Summary
The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service, adherence to brand standards, and a positive, productive work environment. This role provides leadership, coaching, and support to team members while helping drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Assist with training and onboarding new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health department standards.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and ordering.
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and appearance of all food and beverage areas.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
- Support opening, closing, and manager-on-duty responsibilities as assigned.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
