We are looking for a highly driven and experienced F&B Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations across multiple outlets in the UAE, including but not limited to bakeries, and bakeshops, sweets and bread manufacturing factories. Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations across restaurants, central kitchens, bakeries, and coffee shops.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, P&L tracking, and financial planning to meet sales and profit targets.

Set and monitor KPIs, implement SOPs, and maintain consistency across all outlets.

Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations, labor laws, and licensing requirements.

Develop and execute new revenue streams including catering services, events, ghost kitchens, B2C and B2B offerings.

Oversee pricing strategies, inventory control, and cost optimization initiatives.

Lead and train a team of 100+ staff, ensuring high service standards and team development.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience managing F&B operations in the UAE or GCC region.

Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in P&L and performance reporting.

Demonstrated success in launching new concepts and driving operational turnaround.

In-depth knowledge of UAE food safety laws, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.

Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred).

Advanced Food Safety Certifications (HACCP/ISO, etc. – an advantage).

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
