Duties
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff in customer service protocols, cash handling procedures, and food safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and coordinate with management for reordering.
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within fast food or casual dining environments is preferred.
- Strong background in food service management, including knowledge of catering and restaurant operations.
- Proven skills in cash handling and financial transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience supervising staff and fostering a positive team environment is essential.
- Familiarity with food production processes is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
