Overview
We are seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney to join our legal team. We will train the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be willing to work long hours and work hard at becoming a true “Trial Attorney”. Our firm has a great track record in Criminal Trials and are willing to pass along the skills we developed over the years.
We are looking to train a Criminal Defense Trial attorney.
Duties
Represent clients in all aspects of criminal representation.
Maintain communication with clients.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
Draft, review, and file legal documents such as briefs, contracts, and pleadings.
Provide expert advice on Criminal legal matters.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients’ cases.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure effective case management.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
We will train.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the state.
Good communication skills.
Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
