Overview: SGS Technologies is a software development and staffing company with two decades of experience in providing IT solutions across various industries.
Position: This is a remote opportunity; however, the manager prefers candidates local to Tampa, Chicago, NYC, or Memphis.
Responsibilities:
Must have regulatory experience in Fixed Income Capital Markets.
Knowledge of sales and trading agreements (ISDAs, MSFTAs, Repos).
Familiarity with FINRA and SEC requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) with excellent academic credentials.
A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in relevant practice areas (law firm, regulator, self-regulatory organization, or in-house in financial services).
Member in good standing in at least one state bar.
Ability to obtain Florida Authorized House Counsel if residing in FL and not a member of the Florida bar.
Additional Information:
US Citizens and Green Card holders will be considered only on W2.
Opportunity for extension or conversion based on performance.
Candidate should possess their own PC for VPN access.
