Requirements include possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and some prior experience working in an office environment. Duties include assisting visitors, setting up conference rooms, ordering and maintaining office supplies, running errands and making deliveries, mail distribution and handling, filing, creating binders, and other general office tasks as needed. Candidates with previous law firm experience will be given preference.
