Our work environment allows our attorneys to work from home or in one of our offices. We currently have an office in Campbell, California and St. George, Utah. We offer flexible hours and schedules. We are seeking a California-licensed attorney to assist in pre-trial and trial litigation matters. The individual should be self-sufficient and have the ability to work on several projects at one time. Our projects will include drafting of pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motion practice, and preparation of cases for trial.
A prospective candidate must have pre-trial civil litigation document drafting experience (pleadings, motions, and discovery). The company will provide all technology necessary for work (computer, printer, scanner, supplies, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
