We are a law firm that concentrates on Family Law, Estate Planning , Elder Law and Probate located in Dade City, Florida. We are seeking an Intake Specialist/Receptionist to join our firm. We take pride in the fact that we help our clients come through a difficult and emotional process enabling them to move forward.
Answer phone calls and email inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Perform clerical working including filing, scanning and copying.
Enter all information digitally.
Perform errands.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Technologically savvy
This position requires excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Word, Excel, Clio, E-Portal, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
