Law firm specializing in Employment Law is seeking to hire an Intake Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for potential clients. This requires strong communication skills both via phone, and e-mail, data entry, and other tasks related to potential case intake. Our Intake Coordinators possess qualities that build relationships and are customer/client focused. They serve our potential clients and answer their inquiries. They are compassionate, understanding and patient. This position must be staffed by an individual who is bilingual in English and Spanish, has great communication skills, and works well with people.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct potential new client interviews over the phone with genuine empathy and compassion
Take accurate notes during the attorney-client initial consultation
Present potential case to attorneys and collaborate to complete the initial consultation proces
Update logs and reporting systems to reflect status of all potential new clients
Write emails, transcribe notes, fax, copy, and create/maintain spreadsheets
Qualifications:
Great communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency
1+ years of experience in office setting preferred
Have experience working with Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel)

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
