Duties
Represent clients in fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation cases.
Manage estate and trust administration processes both within and outside of Florida courts.
Address probate and trust administration issues, fiduciary compliance, and risk management.
Handle guardianship matters and proceedings.
Collaborate with clients on tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies, including estate, tax, business succession, and asset protection planning.
Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to achieve individual and business objectives for clients.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation.
Strong written and verbal advocacy and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing (required).
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Florida.
Skills
Proficient in technical legal research and writing.
