Trojan Law offices seeks to hire litigation attorney and patent attorney with minimum one year experience with intellectual property and general business litigation. Requirements also include strong academic performance; oral advocacy and writing skills; references; and active membership, in good standing, in the California Bar.
We are seeking an attorney with the following qualifications:
(1) Admitted to California Bar;
(2) Strong writing & legal research skills;
(3) Minimum 1 year of litigation experience (patent/trademark/copyright work preferred);
