Family Solicitor (2 PQE) – Aberdeen | Hybrid Working Looking to join a highly regarded Family Law team with a reputation for delivering exceptional client care? This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor to become part of an established Aberdeen practice advising clients on a broad range of private family law matters. Your responsibilities will include:
Advising on separation and divorce matters Assisting clients with financial provision and asset division issues Managing child-related matters where appropriate Supporting clients through sensitive and often complex situations Building and maintaining strong client relationships Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider family law team Delivering commercially focused and practical legal advice About you This role would suit a Family Solicitor who:
Has 2 years’ PQE in family law Is confident managing a varied caseload Has experience advising on divorce, separation and financial matters Demonstrates excellent communication and client care skills Can work independently while contributing to a wider team Is empathetic, organised and solutions-focused Takes a proactive approach to client service and business development The environment You’ll be joining a respected and growing Family Law team in Aberdeen , recognised for its collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality advice.
