You’ll have your own caseload from day one, but you won’t be on your own – there’s plenty of support, particularly on more complex, high-net-worth work!
What you’ll be doing Divorce and financial matters Private children work Advising unmarried couples Pre- and post-nuptial agreements HNW cases involving businesses, property portfolios and trusts There’s also a strong focus on resolving things outside of court where possible – so you’ll get exposure to mediation, round table meetings and other forms of dispute resolution. A bit about you Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE Solid experience in Private Family and Children matters Enjoys building relationships and takes a practical, down-to-earth approach If you’re looking for a step up into a supportive team where you can really build your career without the pressure-cooker environment, this is well worth a look.
