The McIlveen Family Law Firm is now hiring an Associate Attorney to practice family law in our Charlotte, NC office.
Qualifications:
Licensed in NC
Graduation from an accredited law school
Excellent academic record
Mock trial and/or in-courtroom experience
Family law experience preferred
The right person for this position is willing to work hard. Has a great attitude and a healthy work ethic. You must be willing to learn. You will work as a team member.
Family law attorneys go to trial, work with clients frequently, attend mediation, draft pleadings, and argue motions.
Family law attorneys work with people. To be successful in this position, you need to be a people person and have a friendly personality.
