Position: Family Lawyer (4+ yr call w/book of bus)-hybrid

Position:
Family Lawyer (minimum of 4+ years of experience with a book of business)
Locations:
Vancouver – hybrid
Responsibilities
Represent clients in family law proceedings, including trials and hearings
Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of legal documents
Identify and analyze a variety of legal issues and have the ability to distill large volumes of information into focused and simplified language to effectively advocate on behalf of your client
Conduct legal research and analysis and provide legal advice and direction based on your findings
Strong dedication to providing exceptional client service
Ability to manage a full caseload from initiation to resolution
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
4+ years of experience in family law
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong litigation skills and drafting skills
A strong ability to prioritize competing demands and the ability to work under pressure
Empathy, integrity, and a client-focused approach
