HarperLloyd is working in partnership with a boutique firm seeking a Family Lawyer with approximately 1–3 years PAE to join their Family Law team.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an Accredited Family Law Specialist while developing technical expertise across a broad range of family law matters.
Key Responsibilities
- assisting on parenting and property matters
- drafting court documents and correspondence
- attending mediations and conferences
- assisting with litigation matters
- preparing advice for clients
- participating in client meetings
- supporting senior lawyers on complex matters
- developing advocacy skills
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1–3 years PAE experience in family law or strong interest in specialising in family law
- strong drafting skills
- excellent communication skills
- attention to detail
- empathy and emotional intelligence
- willingness to learn and develop
