Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Lawyer located in Surrey, BC. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation. Daily tasks will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. Qualificationsat least 2 years practicing family lawresident in BC, Canadaavailable for full-time workexperience in BC Supreme Court and/or Provincial Courtpracticing member of the Law Society of BCexperience in both settlement-based and litigation-based areas of family lawability to work independentlya
