Experienced Family Law Paralegal
We’re supporting a busy family law practice seeking to add an experienced paralegal to join their team of attorneys and clients. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping families navigate legal challenges, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Draft and prepare correspondence, discovery, and pleadings
Maintain case calendars and deadlines
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
Handle electronic service and filing of legal documents
Qualifications
Paralegal certificate required
3+ years as a family law paralegal
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Familiarity with Local Rules, court procedures, Timeslips, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Essential Forms
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required
Positive attitude, team player, and compassionate approach to client support
