Base pay range
$48,000.00/yr – $60,000.00/yr
Johnson Law Firm, P.C. is an ambitious and growing law firm with a focus on delivering exceptional family law services. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Paralegal to join our team and support our attorneys in delivering outstanding legal solutions to our clients. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in assisting clients through difficult family law matters, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
We are looking for a paralegal who can contribute immediately and grow with us as we expand.
Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Family Law Paralegal to join our office in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will collaborate closely with attorneys and other paralegals, assisting with legal document preparation, client communication, research, document review, and various other administrative tasks. Your contributions will be integral to our success in managing family law cases and providing clients with high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, file, and organize legal documents for family law cases
Communicate with clients, courts, and external stakeholders
Conduct legal research and assist in the review of legal documents
Support attorneys by managing case files, timelines, and deadlines
Ensure smooth and efficient operations within the firm’s legal practice
Qualifications
Proven experience in legal document preparation
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced legal environment
Previous experience in family law is preferred but not required
Paralegal certification or a degree in Paralegal Studies
Familiarity with legal software and tools (e.g., MyCase, Lexis Nexis) is a plus
