Position Overview
We are seeking a Real Estate & Land Use Attorney to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on real estate transactions, land use matters, and zoning issues in a dynamic and client-focused setting. An existing book of business is not required.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active Oregon Bar membership in good standing
Experience in real property, business law, or land use
Familiarity with zoning regulations, environmental compliance, and real estate transactions is a plus
Interest in real estate development, municipal law, and land use law
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis in real estate and environmental law.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
Advise clients on compliance with land use regulations and environmental standards.
Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients in real estate matters.
Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
Provide legal guidance on estate planning and landlord-tenant disputes as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,486.00 – $130,000.00 per year
