Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Compliance Manager to lead our educational institution. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for education administration. This role involves managing daily operations, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the center meets its educational goals. The Center Director will work closely with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to create a positive learning environment that fosters student success.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the center’s educational offerings and overall performance.
Manage budgeting processes, including allocation of resources and financial planning for programs and initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and support faculty and staff in their professional development and instructional practices.
Foster relationships with students, parents, and the community to promote engagement and collaboration.
Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback to continuously improve educational outcomes.
Organize workshops, events, and training sessions to enrich the learning experience for students and staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven leadership experience in an educational setting or similar environment.
Strong understanding of strategic planning principles within an academic context.
Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
Proficient in budgeting processes with experience managing financial resources effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on educating diverse audiences.

Note: Salary in the $50,000 range is based on a Bachelor’s degree whereas the upper limit ($80,000) requires a Master’s degree and 10 years experience
