Family Law Paralegal Jobs in El Cajon, CA at Johnson Solar
Duties:
Experience in at least one of the following areas, with a willingness to learn: Corporate Law, Litigation.
Research and writing complex legal issues.
Appear in a court, arbitration, or other judicial tribunal.
Analyze and summarize legal documents.
Negotiate with outside parties regarding contracts or other legal disputes.
Identify and/or anticipate potential legal problems; develop strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.
Perform due diligence in legal matters.
Additional responsibilities, as directed by leadership.
The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and research skills and possess great communication and organizational skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
0-1 years’ experience as a practicing attorney.
Must have passed the New Jersey Bar.
Must be a graduate of a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
